Let's discuss delivery and returns because our goal is to make your merchandise experience unforgettable with excellent service. Our delivery fees are based on your purchase size and location, but don't worry we'll always provide you with a detailed price that includes all the information, including lead time and shipping requirements. Our courier tracks each delivery, so you can be sure your product leaves our warehouse and arrives at your studio swiftly and safely. We strive to ship you your products within 5 working days of receiving approval for your artwork. To ensure that your product arrives where you need it, on time, we now offer worldwide delivery and the ability to send to numerous addresses.


Lead Times

Our turnaround times depend on the products ordered, branding methods that are chosen and delivery address. Upon quotation, the lead time will be confirmed but as a general guide, please see below. Please also note the below is based on delivery to a UK mainland address, lead times will differ if the delivery address is outside this area.
  1. Plain stock: 1-2 working days.
  2. Branded clothing: 5 working days from artwork approval.
  3. Branded business gifts: 5-15 working days from artwork approval.


Returns

We're super careful with each order to ensure that your personalised items are of the best possible quality. We typically don't accept returns or refunds for these products unless there was an error on our part or the item was defective, this is because they are custom-made specifically for you. Please contact us as soon as possible if your order has not yet entered production so that we can arrange a refund!
Double-check your quote and order details again to make sure it's 100% correct. Tell us as soon as possible if you find a mistake. We can make adjustments if production hasn't begun. However, once we start, we are unable to change or cancel the order. In the event that we make a mistake and ship you something broken or improperly personalised, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
